I turned our attached one car garage into my wood working shop.

The Shop Smith, Jointer and Shaper are in the center of the shop. I have two work benches on the inside wall to the left and wood stowage and the radial arm saw to the wall on the right. My dad used this Shop Smith tool to build his house in the early 1960's. I use it as a table saw and drill press.

My Power tools consist of an old Shops Smith combination tool, a band saw, a radial arm saw, a small grinder, a jointer and a thickness sander I made.

I made the clamp tree next to the band saw to hold the assorted bar and c-clamps needed for guitar construction. It is on casters so I can move it around the shop.

I have a sink and cabinet area on the inside wall for stowage of hand tools and finishing supplies.

This is a thickness sander I made. The small box above the drum will be a dust collecting system. The sander works great and really takes the work out of plate thinning.
