Homebrewing The absolute best reference for homebrewing on the web is The Brewery. Make sure to check out the Homebrew Digest, a daily mailing list (the current issue is here), and Cat's Meow 3, a WWW beer recipe database.

Belgian Beer is one of my loves. They do the oddest things to beer and end up with some of the most complex, interesting, and of course delicious, brews in the world. From Lambics to wits, from monks to drunks, from Benelux to Texas!

Mead The Meadery has some of the best recipes and articles on mead out there. If you're looking for recipes, don't forget the mead section of the Cat's Meow. If it's honey you're looking for, Beer at Home! and Castlemark Honey have several varieties. I've heard the White Winter Winery makes really good commercial mead, but they don't ship to my state.
