1 oz Kent Goldings Pellets, 6.0% (45 min)
Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale
1 1/4 cup M&F Plain Light Dry Extract (priming)

Crush grains and steep at 150º-155º for 30 minutes.
To get a good caramelized flavor in this beer, boil for 90 minutes.
Unfortunately, the only time I've made this beer with this version of the recipe, it got infected (Stupid Landlord Trick). So I don't know how this will turn out yet.
