| notes |
- Crush grains, steep at 150º-155º for 30 minutes.
Add honey after boil and let steep for 10 minutes before starting to cool
the wort.
- This brew ferments exactly like what it is - a cross
between beer and mead. Be prepared for a long secondary and a few months
of aging until it hits its peak. It's worth it, though - this got rave
reviews from everyone who tasted it.
