1 1/4 cup M&F Plain Light Dry Extract (priming)

  • Steep chocolate malt before the boil.
  • This may have been way too much cocoa powder. The raspberry was barely discernable, and there was a lot of chocolate "syrup" left in the carboy. For what it's worth, most people didn't mind.
