1/2 lb 40ºL Crystal
1/2 lb English 2-row Pale Malt (toasted)
1 1/2 oz Kent Goldings Pellets, 6.0% (55 min)
1 oz Styrian Goldings Pellets, 3.8% (15 min)
1/2 oz Kent Goldings Pellets, 6.0% (dryhop)
Wyeast 1028 London Ale I
1 cup M&F Dry Wheat Extract (priming)
Burton Water Salts

Roast pale malt at 350º for 10 minutes, then crush both grains. Steep at 150º-155º for 30 minutes.
Water chemistry (the Burton Salts) made a huge difference from the last batch. However, I'm not happy with the hops profile. I may use Fuggles for the next batch.
