| Roast pale malt at 350º for 10 minutes, then crush
both grains. Steep at 150º-155º for 30 minutes. |
| Water chemistry (the Burton Salts) made a huge difference
from the last batch. However, I'm not happy with the hops profile. I may
use Fuggles for the next batch. |
