This was a great idea, but I have been told
I used honey from the wrong local manufacturer. It definitely didn't age
as well is it should have, but the same recipe with better honey should
be a great idea for anyone who wants to try a melomel and likes peaches. |

That stands for "Kiwi Raspberry Orange
Melomel," which are the fruit and honeys I used in it. Sometimes I
also just call it "yuppie mead." |

'99 Mead |
This is a "sack," or "show,"
mead. Just honey, water, and a pinch of yeast. I haven't even named it
yet, but I have bottled it. It didn't ferment as much as I hoped it would,
but it looks like it will be a really good 10.6% sweet mead. |
