1/2 lb Roasted Barley
1 lb Chocolate Malt
1/2 lb 60ºL Crystal Malt
1 oz Kent Goldings Pellets, 6.4% (55 min)
Wyeast 1084 Irish Stout
1 cup Munton's Dry Wheat Extract (priming)
1 cup Lactose (bottling)

Crush grains, steep at 150º-155º for 30 minutes.
This was my second try at this recipe. I think it's dark enough now, but it still needs to be sweeter. I'm going to use 1 lb of lactose next time.
