| I used London Ale instead of Irish Ale (1084) because
the Irish tends to produce too strong of a fermentation with this much
malt. I got tired of losing much of my batch. Besides, Imperial Stout is
an English style of beer, not an Irish one. |
| This beer will need several months of aging, but
it's worth it. |
