1/4 oz Hallertau Pellets, 3.8% (10 min)
Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Wheat
1 2/3 cup M&F Dry Wheat Extract (priming)

I have tried both the Weihenstephan yeast (3068) and the Bavarian (3056). They both gave me too much banana and not enough clove. Perhaps they need to ferment cooler, but I may just switch to White Labs or some other wheat beer yeast for the next batch.
