~ Jim's Wedding (May 2001) ~

Cleveland, Ohio ~ Last May we drove up to Ohio for Jim's wedding. It was good to see a good chunk of the old CMC gang. There was a "hospitality suite" at the hotel most of us were staying in that quickly picked up a dorm-lounge feel to it, especially once the lap-tops came out for a well-into-the-night gaming session the night before the wedding. Or at least, so I'm told, I went to bed around midnight! The wedding itself was held outdoors the next morning at a place called "Squire Valleevue". After the ceremony a disposable camera duel occured between the groom and the best man (John), wherein each tried to take pictures of the other while covering his own face to with his camera to avoid being in the others' photo. So much for sober, grave diginity implied by the tuxes they were wearing at the time!
